| Are there any things I should know about my signature? |
There are a few things that you will need to avoid using signatures, for example, don't clutter your signature field with huge texts or a huge ammount of images. Not only this is annoying for the people reading through threads you replied in, but it slows down the page loading speed for everyone as well if you put too much images in there.
Also, be carefull not to use images with huge filesize. Note that the normal image size usually has nothing to do with the file size! A tiny, animated image might have a bigger filesize than an enormous banner.
In addition, do not put any content in signatures that would not be allowed in posts.
So, please think twice before using a signature, for the convenience of others. If there is anything wrong with your signature, an Administrator, Moderator or maybe another member will notify you of it.
