Tuvai Bulletin Board was completely programmed and marked up with XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and (My)SQL; coded in Notepad as raw text. Graphics were made in Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7. Tuvai Bulletin Board is no longer available for download. Note: Don't bother asking me for the code, Tuvai is a good friend of mine and he doesn't want this being released.
