Indeed. Doesn't look to promising. And just as always, I tend to avoid 'hypes' like this until they become really big, and used in professional environments. I read Google Go's FAQ and saw a lot of things I didn't like. It doesn't even feature generics and exceptions for example, and the syntax is quite weird as compared to what I'm used to (mainly languages in the C paradigm such as C( # / ++), PHP, and so on.
